Water follows the path of least resistance and always searches a path from wet to dry. This can mean behind special builds within the home. No matter your level of attachment these items must be removed and allowed to dry out. They can be rebuilt by the right contractor but leaving them in place is not a option. Too many times clients ask us to refrain from doing something due to sentimental attachment and while we understand for your own safety and the job being done properly we just can not accommodate. Should the water behind units such as this not be dried out things you do not want to grow will and pose potential risk.
