This building had a bubbler let go and went unnoticed for months. While walking through assessing the damage this room to the client seems as if it was untouched. Yet with a raised floor our team looked a little further. 

Peeling away a baseboard reaching down under the floor, there was lot of trapped water. That also means that water passed through the wall area which was reinforced for sound absorption. 
once the top layer of drywall was removed there was extensive damage. 
This could have been easily missed to the untrained eye resulting in very poor health to the building.
