Contractor Cleanup

This client had freshly painted wall to prepare to sell their home. The flooring contractor came in and laid new wood floors down and left dusty dirty hand prints all over the walls and even left surface graphite marks all over the walls. She was worried that all the walls would have to be repainted adding cost and time to the project.  Client called to see if we could help rather than delay process by having the painters come back. We were able to salvage the paint job and remove all scuffs and marks with out the need to repaint.
